As a race director, timer or event organizer please be aware that when you list a race on RunSignUp you need to be sure that the names, logos, images and other content you use to describe your event do not violate the intellectual property rights of another party.

RunSignUp takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you are an intellectual property rights owner or their agent and think that an event listed on our site is using content that violates your intellectual property rights please send an email to with "Intellectual Property Rights Infringement" in the subject line and identifying the event that you think is infringing. We will work with you to remove any infringing content from our site as soon as possible.
