Description
One-on-one coaching services for the novice or experienced runner, with a whole-body focus. We utilize natural running techniques, overall fitness and endurance training, nutritional guidance and a personal coach who believes in your ability to succeed.
Membership Levels
Monthly Coaching Fee
Coaching is valid for one calendar month and due on the first of each month. Coaching fees are non-refundable. Participation waiver must be signed in order to begin service.
Minimum Age: 18
