This club is designed to encourage runners and future runners to run more and run better. We are a fun group that simply wants to get together on several days a week. We try to run early or late to beat the heat and we are try to change up the locations and distances of where we run to better accommodate people who live in various parts of Lee County. Usually we have a cup of coffee or small breakfast at a nearby establishment after we run on weekend mornings. We also try to have a drink after our evening runs. Our group is open to all speeds, fast or slow, come on out and enjoy a nice run with some great friends.
