Heritage Hope Church of God is a local church, that has been operating as the longest standing Church of God in Kentucky for 111 years! Located in Somerset, KY, our church has a mission to share the love of God with every individual we encounter. From preparing warm meals for those in need, to homeless ministries, to providing backpacks for children in the community, our church body desires to give back to the community and provide a place that people feel welcome and "adopted" into our spiritual family. Inside of our walls, we desire to sew into a new generation, by allowing them opportunities to experience God in areas and places they've never experienced before. At Winterfest, a COG youth and young adult conference, our students have the opportunity to worship and have an experience with God with over 11,000 students from across the country! This 5k is for them, it's an opportunity for them to actively serve the community, show the love of Jesus, and raise funds to attend their annual trip!
