The Southern Tier Running Club strives to unite individuals who share a common interest in running and/or walking by providing opportunities for all ages and levels of ability and promoting an enjoyable running atmosphere.  We promote running and/or walking, physical fitness, and camaraderie while encouraging participation in all types of running events.  We offer group runs, club sponsored races, club mixers, and much more.
