Let's do it again! In March and April, On Track Physical Therapy and Performance will host a five-class spring series on Monday evenings. Each one-hour session includes a guided mobility warm-up, a structured strength routine, and focused cool-down work. Build your base, improve stability, and start the year strong!
-> FULL SERIES SIGN UP: This will sign you up for all 5 strength classes- $90
Will be capped at 15 people to leave room for drop ins!!!
-> SINGLE CLASS DROP IN: due to size of class, you will email carlyg.dpt@gmail.com the week before the class you would like to attend, and she can confirm availability! It will be $20 and paid at the time of attended class.
