Connection over runs, activities, and sometimes coffee! The Social Stride is a community for young women (20s–30s) who want to stay active, make friends, and have fun! Runners of all levels are welcome, no one runs alone! Your 20s and 30s are full of change: new jobs, moves, friendships, and overall figuring things out. The Social Stride was created to bring women together who are also navigating these years. You must be a woman in your 20s and 30s to join! We do have some collaborative events for the entire community.
