Sparrow's Nest Superhero Rock 'N' Run Challenge and 5K

This spring I have committed to the Superhero 5K for Sparrow's Nest. When I joined Sparrow's Nest last year I wrote that I still keep a pizza gift certificate given to us by Trevor's soccer team when Don was so sick. It gives me perspective on particularly hard days. That gift certificate represents so much more than the pizzas it bought. Whether it's a gift certificate in the mailbox or a meal delivered by Sparrow's Nest the feeling is the same. Your aching heart and empty stomach feel a bit  better just knowing others are there to help you keep it all together when it all seems to be falling to pieces.
