my grandmother battled breast cancer twice. I racing my very first half-marathon and fundraising in memory of her.

I'm running my first half-marathon this February! I will become the youngest person with Down syndrome to run a half-marathon, but the most important thing to me is to help raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer research and support for families living with this diagnosis.

My grandmother had breast cancer and recovered from it. She was tough in her battle and did her own fundraising when she was alive. She was my biggest cheerleader and now I want to be hers.
