Hi My Friends!
I am running for the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad on Sunday, October 19th because they run for us. I hope you will join me in raising funds for this organization by supporting my legs 🦵 and effort to keep moving.
The Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any government, hospital, or medical agency. They depend on the support of individuals, foundations, and corporations to fulfill their mission to save lives, relieve the suffering of the sick and injured, and promote safety. They will be there for you!
Some examples of what your generous contributions support are:
- Volunteer Recruitment – 78% of our EMTs are volunteers
- Training for EMTs and Rescue Technicians – Members must be prepared for any emergency situation that occurs. Training is vital to keep members up to date on the latest techniques and procedures.
- Equipment – Technology is ever changing and it is important to have up-to-date equipment to keep our members and the patients they serve safe. It is also important to be able to communicate with neighboring town and state agencies on scene.
- Medical Supplies – The Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad responded to over 3,000 calls in 2023. Every time an ambulance or emergency vehicle is dispatched any medical supplies that were used need to be replaced.
Run For Rescue is the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad’s largest fundraising event of the year and your support is vital to ensure they are able to answer the call when an emergency occurs.
It is nice to know all our efforts go directly to support the local community and its needs. Run with me!
🙏 Thank you and ❤️
Betsy
