In May, I am participating in the Hike for a Change with Dirty Hands Project. I will be participating in a 10 mile hike along the Bay Circuit Trail to raise mental health awareness. Please help me reach my goal of $500 to help support mental health awareness through education, scholarships, and grants.
Mental Health touches all our lives in some way, and Hike For a Change offers an inspiring opportunity to foster meaningful conversations and bring much needed attention to the mental health crisis. Your donation are tax deductible.
Thank you.
Dirty Hands Project is a 501©(3) non profit that was created by Josh and Liz Moughan in response to
losing their son, Ty, at the age of 18 to suicide in August 2023. They support people and programs that
are rolling up their sleeves to better understand and address the needs of those affected by mental
illness. For those suffering, they are focused on bringing increased awareness to and education around
mental health so people feel comfortable sharing their struggles and asking for help. For those
supporting others with mental illness, their goal is to help them understand and navigate the crucial
steps in detection, treatment and advocacy. You can learn more at www.thedirtyhandsproject.org.
