The CEMDPCD Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to contribute to the social and political change necessary to achieve real and effective equality among people with disabilities in all areas of life, thereby improving their social, cultural, and economic situation, as well as their quality of life and full rights in education.

Our vision is to educate all parents of children with disabilities about the educational system, giving them the tools and knowledge necessary to become advocates and defenders for their children in the special education system in Massachusetts.
