Beat the Heat Charity Partners have a direct impact on community health and fitness.  In particular, we seek charities with a special focus on youth and/or disadvantaged persons.  

The 2025 Cook Medical Beat the Heat Charity Partners are:

   - Ainsley’s Angels in the Triad (see their video here!)
   - Girls On The Run Greater Piedmont (see their video here!)

Charity Partners are selected through an application process several months before the event. All charities must be registered 501(c)(3) non-profits to apply. Final selection of Charity Partner is made by a selection committee with membership from the Twin City Track Club Board of Directors.
