Each year, two designated Beat the Heat Charity Partners are selected through an application process and received benefits directly from race proceeds.  Designated Charity Partners have a direct impact on community health and fitness.  In particular, we seek charities with a special focus on youth and/or disadvantaged persons.  

In addition, race participants may apply to fund raise for other community charities. All charities must be registered 501(c)(3) non-profits to apply.
