This April, I will be completing the Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) to honor 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC. Travis lived a life of courage, integrity, and selfless service, ultimately sacrificing his life to save the lives of every member of his platoon. His guiding ethos, “If Not Me, Then Who…”, challenges me to lead with character and purpose.
