Refund Policy
REFUNDS: Partial refunds are available if the request is made in writing by midnight September 1, 2023, the official cutoff date for all refund request. Your race entry fee, less a 50% cancellation fee, will be refunded within 30 days of your request. NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER MIDNIGHT SEPT 1, 2023.
TRANSFERS: A registered athlete may transfer his/her entry to another athlete that meets the qualifying standard associated with the event. There is a $75 transfer fee required to complete the transfer. ALL ENTRY TRANSFERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY MIDNIGHT OCTOBER 1, 2023
DEFERRALS: are considered on a case-by-case basis by the race director.
*If the event is forced to cancel, all entries will automatically be deferred to the following year OR you may opt to receive 100% of the paid entry fee in the form of a coupon code to be used toward any future Sommer Sports owned race through 2024.
In accordance with our standard refund policy, NO REFUNDS will be provided.
