Cassandra Kearns & Lis Mathis met in the fall of 2017. Both with a deep love for History & Cibolo quickly
became friends. These Two Chicks individually remodeled and brought to life The Mill Boutique, 1908
House of Wine & Ale & Kindling Texas Kitchen. All these remodels took many years & restless nights to
complete. It was because of their mutual respect of one another that they began the idea of The Rooted
Fork!
Lis & Cassandra are committed to investing in Old Town Cibolo & their community.
The Rooted Fork is a place for families, friends, Cibolonians and strangers will come and share a meal
together.
Open from 7:00am – 2:00pm serving up scrumptious breakfast & lunch.
