We are deeply grateful to Fisher House Foundation for providing our family with flights and housing so we could attend the Memorial Service honoring the 12 Marines who lost their lives in a helicopter training exercise in Hawaii in 2016. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, their generosity lifted an immense burden and allowed us to focus on remembering and honoring these brave service members. We will be forever thankful for their compassion and support, and we truly understand how meaningful their services are to military families facing unimaginable loss.
