Mighty Mujer Triathlon is an all-female sprint-distance race. It starts with a 400-meter swim in an outdoor pool. The course then takes athletes on a rewarding bike route (2 loops). The race finishes with a run through the park and nearby area (2 loops).

Women who weigh 165 lbs or more can compete against other women in thier age group or against other women who weigh 165 lbs or more ("Athenas"). Women who weigh under 165 lbs do not qualify to race in the Athena division.
ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON.
Form a team with your girlfriends or family members! Each member of a team enters individually (no relay teams for this race) and indicates her team name on the race entry. Team members must all compete in the same distance division. They will compete against other teams in the same distance division in two separate categories: MOTHER-DAUGHTER and GIRLFRIENDS. Teams can consist of 2 women (Mother-Daughter) or 4 women (Girlfriends). The fastest average overall time wins in the category. Women who enter as a team and do not win the team category will stay in the running for Age Group and Athena awards.
All athletes must be members of USA Triathlon to compete. If you do not have an annual membership, you may purchase a $15 one-day pass during registration.
Mighty Mujer Triathlon is an empowering all-female race; athletes must be 12 years old or older to participate.
