Join us for part of the USA Triathlon Youth Splash and Dash Series!  Open to all kids 7 to 15.   This is part of a  race series - the remaining two events are this event at San Lorenzo Valley High School in Felton and another at YMCA Camp Campbell on June 29.  You can register for one or both at the same time.

What is a Splash and Dash?
A Splash and Dash is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines running and swimming. The run can take place on a trail, a road or a path. Similarly, the swim can take place in any body of water – a pool, a reservoir, or an ocean. USA Triathlon’s Splash & Dash Youth Aquathlon Series will feature a swim/run combination. As an athlete progresses and depending on water conditions, a traditional aquathlon may either feature a swim/run or a run/swim/run combination..

Who Can Participate?

Anyone between 7 and 15.  Your USA Triathlon membership will be required and if you don't have one it can be purchased during registration.  If you participated in the SuperKid Triathlon last year, or any other sanctioned event you probably already have a membership.  Be prepared for a great experience, bring a positive attitude, and be ready to learn firsthand about multisport!

Click on the links above to get information about the pool and course maps.  Kids 7 - 10 will swim 100m and run 1K.  Kids 11-15 will swim 200m and run 2K.  All events will take place on the grounds of the school and are totally closed to traffic.

USA Swimming Foundation
USA Triathlon and the USA Swimming Foundation have partnered in launching a joint campaign to provide all USA Triathlon Splash & Dash Youth Aquathlon participants, and their families, with an incentive and opportunity to participate in quality, affordable and easily accessible learn-to-swim programs.
