- Celebrate Independance Day with the MWR Fitness Team. Join us for a post 4th of July run celebration participating in the "Freedom 5K" at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.
- Free T-Shirt awaits the first 200 to complete the run.
- Race check In begins @ 0730 (NAB Turner Field)
