Travel/Parking Information
Arrive Early
You may arrive at the park as early as 6:30 a.m. on race day. Allow yourself plenty of time to set up your transition area, get your bib and use the restroom. If you’re coming from out of town, give yourself extra drive time, even if that means a 3 a.m. wake-up. Or better yet, book a room locally, and get a good night’s sleep! Racers only will be allowed in the transition area at all times. The transition area will close at 8:45 a.m., after which no non-race entries or exits will be permitted.
Parking
Ample, free parking is available in the overflow lot to duathlon registrants, volunteers, sponsors, vendors and spectators at Lake Lansing Park South.
In an effort to ensure participant safety, vehicular traffic at the park entrance will be minimized while racers are entering and exiting the bike course. If you plan to leave the park before 11:00 a.m., please expect delays. We appreciate your patience.
