CHALLENGE: Oct 2022 - FREE Wellbeing Challenge
Our monthly challenge includes:
10 day movement challenge - decide your daily commitment and type of activity
3 Well-being Talks - half presentation AND half workshop, these talks will help you put into practice the tips and resources shared with you
Community - This is the space where you can support each other and share your wins
The Coaches United Wellbeing Challenge takes place around the first 10 days of each month, starting on the first Friday of the month to include 2 weekends. The movement challenge and 3 well-being talks will all be in that first 10 days - with the rest of the month to continue to practice and hone in on what you learned. Talks will be recorded so you can listen/watch them later if you can’t make it live (but we recommend coming on live if you can!).
