Volunteer 1 for 1
The volunteers must check in at 5 am. Once you arrived, report to our Race Directors (George or Hunter). They will go over your race duty as well as where you need to be. Don’t leave until the race is finished (usually around 11am). You have to sign out to earn your race credit! Use your race credit for your next free race, for you or your friend!

Team Relay Duathlon
For 2 athletes. One person runs, one person bikes, and one person runs. You must create a new name for your relay team.
