Sprint Swim Course 1/3 Mile (586 Yards)
The swim starts and finishes are located behind the stage on the north side of Hyde Lake. The swimmers will line up in numeric order west of the stage to enter the water and swim west and then east in an elongated triangle that will keep you in front of the islands. The swimmers will exit behind the stage.
Sprint Bike Course 13 Miles
Swimmers enter the transition from the east and exit with their bikes on the west side. The bikers will be on a paved path that takes them to Great View Dr. and take a left on Great View Dr. The bikers will take a right on Farm Rd. The bikers will then take a right on Mullins Station which will turn into Raleigh LaGrange and then into Trinity. Once on Trinity you will take a right on Germantown Parkway ride under Walnut Grove Rd. and then take a right on Wolf River Blvd. Wolf River will turn into Humphreys Blvd. and take a right onto the ramp to Walnut Grove Rd. You will get in the left-hand lane and take a left on Farm Rd., back to Great View Dr. and the transition.
Sprint Run Course 3 Miles
After you rack your bike, you will run toward the east, exit of the transition and run a on path that will take you east and take a right on another path before you get to the Fed Ex Convention Center parking area. This path will take you downhill toward the lake, turn right and run west past the transition and stage to run around the lake counterclockwise. You will run past the Fed Ex Convention Center and run up the hill that you ran down earlier and back to transition area and Finish Line.
