Waiver

Media Release Revocation Addendum

This Addendum is intended to modify the terms of the original event waiver agreed to by the undersigned participant in relation to participation in any Storm Sporting Events organized activity.

Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in the original waiver, I hereby revoke and do not grant permission to Storm Sporting Events, its partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, the City of Winona, RunSignup.com, event volunteers, and any media representatives or associated entities to use my name, voice, image, or likeness in any photographs, motion pictures, video recordings, results, publications, or any other print, digital, or electronic media, now or in the future, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing or promotional use.

This revocation applies exclusively to the following section of the original waiver:

"Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes."
All other terms and conditions of the original waiver remain in full force and effect.

Storm Sporting Events was founded in 2019 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to promote health and wellness while raising awareness for youth mental health through inclusive events for all ages. Our goal is to raise funds for programs and scholarships dedicated to providing essential services in youth mental healthcare.

We strive to create a welcoming and positive community focusing on mental health, physical activity, and giving back to others.
