In consideration of accepting this entry and participating in this virtual race event, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that I may have or that may accrue to me against Run Beyond LLC, RunSignup.com, the Event Director, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities associated with this event.
I understand and acknowledge that this is a virtual race, which I will complete at a time, location, and course of my choosing. I acknowledge that Run Beyond LLC and RunSignup.com have no control over, and no responsibility for, the conditions or safety of the course I choose, the environment in which I run, or any circumstances surrounding my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this virtual event, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, illness (including COVID-19), accidents, falls, contact with people, animals, vehicles, or objects, weather conditions, and any other potential hazards.
I certify that I am physically fit, properly trained, and medically able to participate in this activity, and I will not participate unless I am in appropriate physical condition. I take full responsibility for my health, safety, and the completion of the virtual race.
I further agree that I am solely responsible for ensuring the safety of my chosen route and complying with all applicable traffic laws, pedestrian regulations, local ordinances, and public health guidance. I release and hold harmless Run Beyond LLC, RunSignup.com, and all other related parties from any claims, damages, or liability that may arise from my participation in this virtual event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that if this virtual race includes race materials such as medals, bibs, or merchandise to be shipped, I am responsible for providing a valid and accurate mailing address at the time of registration. Run Beyond LLC is not liable for delayed, lost, stolen, or undeliverable items due to incorrect information provided by the participant or errors caused by third-party shipping services.
If I am registering as part of a team, I understand that each member of the team is also subject to the terms of this waiver. If I am registering on behalf of a team or others, I certify that I have the authority to act on their behalf and that all participants agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
I grant permission to Run Beyond LLC, RunSignup.com, and their representatives to use my name, likeness, voice, image, and any photographs or video submissions I voluntarily provide for promotional or legitimate purposes in connection with the event, without compensation or further approval.

All entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether I complete the virtual race.
The event may be subject to changes or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
Bib numbers and entries are non-transferable.
By submitting this entry, I certify that I have read, understand, and accept the terms of this waiver and release. If I am registering a minor under 18 years of age, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to this agreement on their behalf.
