Swim 0.25-mile (400m), Bike 3.6-mile (5.6km), Run 1.25-mile (2km)
One at a time, each teammate completes the distance in order before tagging their teammate until all four have completed the race
Total team time is used to determine performance awards
Age Groups calculated by average age of team and grouped by decade
