Foundation & Confidence for the Novice Triathlete

Stop "fighting" the water and start moving through it with ease. This clinic is specifically designed for athletes who feel gassed after 50 yards or dread the chaos of the open water.

Master Breathing Rhythm: Learn the "calm breath" technique to keep your heart rate low and stay in control under pressure.

Optimize Body Position: Stop your legs from sinking to reduce drag instantly and save your energy for the bike and run.

Confidence Under Pressure: Practical drills to help you feel safe and capable, even in a crowded race start.

Requirements: Not a "learn to swim" clinic—participants must be able to swim 25 yards continuously.

Speed & Tactical Mastery for the Seasoned Triathlete

You have the endurance, now it’s time for the speed. This clinic focuses on the technical "extra" skills that allow you to swim faster and navigate better without working harder.

Stroke Power Optimization: Receive professional feedback on your "catch" and "pull" to maximize your distance per stroke and power output.

Advanced Navigation: Master sighting techniques that allow you to track buoys efficiently without breaking your rhythm or dropping your hips.

Drafting & Buoy Tactics: Learn the tactical moves of drafting on a faster swimmer's hip and taking the tightest line around the course to save time and energy.

Requirement: Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously. This session is designed for intermediate triathletes looking to move from the middle of the pack to the front of the wave.
