Includes admission to Kids Zone with bounce houses, mazes, and more! Kids Fun Run registration includes breakfast bites, timing chip (5K only), race bib, awards ceremony, and Run for the Ring performance t-shirt. Those with type 1 diabetes will have the option of receiving a special t-shirt! Please indicate whether you would like your special shirt at registration. Must register before July 12, 2025 to guarantee t-shirt. Every participant can decorate a back bib that says "RUNNING FOR MY 1” to honor their type 1 loved one. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please bring another adult to watch your children while you are running.

Not a runner, but still want to help? Sleep in and become a fundraiser to help our type 1 heroes! Sleep-In Registration includes Run for the Ring performance t-shirt, which will be mailed to registrant. Must register before July 12, 2025 to guarantee t-shirt. Those with type 1 diabetes will have the option of receiving a special t-shirt! Please indicate whether you would like your special shirt at registration.

Virtual 5K Run/Walk

Unable to make it in-person? Our Virtual 5K allows you to participate in the event from your own neighborhood, nearby park, or favorite trail! Run, walk, or jog anytime during the week leading up to event day, and tag @cdfdiabetes in a social post with #RunForTheRing2025 so we can see!
Virtual registration includes a Run for the Ring performance t-shirt (mailed to the participant). Must register before July 12, 2025 to guarantee t-shirt.
