FAQ
-
Will you honor registrations from the previously scheduled Morgan Hill Sprint that was canceled prior to 2025?
-
Registrations for the previously scheduled race were made for a different event and a different company. Our race is a new event with a different name, produced by a different organization. We did not acquire the former race, assume its obligations, or receive any of the registration funds collected by that organization.
-
Because we do not have those funds, we are unable to offer complimentary, transferred, or credited entries based on registrations made with another company. Any refunds, credits, or other remedies related to the prior race remain solely the responsibility of the organization that accepted those registrations.
-
We understand the frustration this situation has caused for many athletes and sincerely empathize with those affected. Our focus has been on building a consistent, well-managed event with clear policies and accountability year over year.
-
We appreciate your understanding and hope you will consider participating in our race on its own merits.
