PWRHER’D (pronounced “powered”) is the go-to online training program powered by Game-Changing Women of Color Certified Run Coaches. This program is for all registrants of the Philadelphia Distance Run and will include a full training plan, access to Final Surge training platform, virtual run clinics and personalized office hours with coaches.
