Tulsa Run 2023

Our UpFront runners are participants who have achieved a qualifying time on a race within a previous calendar year. These are runners who will be given a special bib that allows them to access the corral at the front of the 15K open start.

There will only be 100 slots open for UpFront runners, and will be awarded to the first 100 runners with a qualifying time in a previous race.  To enter as an UpFront Runner, you must enter a qualifying time, and a link to your qualifying race results.

Qualification for Up Front Runners

• There will be 100 spots reserved for runners with qualifying times. Results must be from a run that took place in the previous calendar year, and must include a link to online results.

• Qualifying times must be as follows:
  • Males with a 10K, 15K or Half Marathon race demonstrating a 4 minute per K or 6:26 minute per M pace, for a 15K finish time of less than 60 minutes.
  • Females with a 10K, 15K or Half Marathon demonstrating a 4:40 minute per K or 7:30 minute per M pace, for a 15K finish time of less that 70 minutes.

• UpFront runners will be identified with a special bib color.
