Crossing Guard

Details

Stop traffic on Boy Scout Road so racers can enter the road on their bikes or cross for the runs.

Bike Mount/Dismount judge

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

All racers must mount and dismount their bikes in the appropriate transition zones, for safety. Judges remind racers to mount or dismount.

Lane monitor

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This monitor makes sure the racer uses the return lane to the transition zone, bikers in the bike lane and runners in the run lane.

Transition Zone monitors

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Spectators aren't allowed in the transition zone for safety and security purposes. Transition monitors remind spectators of this at the entrance and exit.

Set Up

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We set up the race on Friday and any and all help is welcome.

Take Down

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help breaking down the race is always welcome. Many hands make light work.

Kids Race Help

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

We need help monitoring the kids course. This consists of standing in a spot and making sure they make the correct turns, and cross the road safely.

BBQ

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Help setting up the BBQ.
