Body Marking - Timing Chips

Volunteers will clearly mark the participants race# on the participants right upper arm, back of right calf with a provided body safe marker. The participant MUST show you their registration# in order to get marked.

Race Course Set-Up ***Early Start***

Tasks can include, tents, food set up, sweeping, installing fencing and anything else that may be needed prior to race start

You will be responsible for handing out the water to participants and cleaning up the area once finished.
You will be provided with a table, water and garbage bags.

Bike Course - MUST BRING BIKE High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

You will be assigned to a spot along the Bike Course. You might be directing a participant to turn or stay straight.... or you will be in a spot that will just assist with the safety of the participant and the course. You must be comfortable with blocking any potential cars coming on to the course.

Transition Area Monitor/Bike Check

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Transition Area Monitors will assist participants with the set-up of their bikes and "transition" area. They will assist participants in finding the Swim In/ Bike Out/Bike In and Run Out locations. They will also assist with keeping ALL non-participants out of the area and also assist with maintaining the safety of the area.
