Description
Join us on November 18, 2023, for the 4th Annual Macho Man 5K in Nitro, WV!
This year we will be continuing to offer both the normal 5K (live and virtual) as well as the 5K Pump and Run!
Timeframe for the Pump N Run participants will be released one week out once we see participation level. Tentatively, the pump n run participants will have two options to complete their bench press:
Option A: Friday evening (at ShotFire Fitness in Hurricane)
Option B: Saturday before the 5K Run (at race site near the Finish Line)

5K Packet Pickup - Race Day from 8:00AM to 8:55AM. The race will start at 9:00AM! Everything will be taking place in the Student Parking Lot of Nitro High School.
All participants will get a race shirt, finisher medal, and a fake mustache to put on before/during/after the race (to celebrate No Shave November). Must be registered by November 9th at midnight if you want a shirt!
Please note that you will not be allowed to switch from Live to Virtual (or vice versa). So please sign up for the appropriate event and/or wait until you know your plans closer to race day to register.
Finisher Medals
The live race will be capped to 200 participants. All finishers will earn a finisher medal!
For those doing the Virtual Race your medal will be mailed to you at the conclusion of the event (and once we verify you submit a time).
