Claim Deferral Instructions

 

Step 1: You will need to follow this link to log into your RunSignup account, https://runsignup.com/Profile   

Step 2: In your Deferrals tab find the Why Not Tri and select "Complete Deferral". 

 

Step 3: You will be brought to your Why Not Tri Registration information page. Here you will select "Complete Deferral" in the above menu bar. 

 

Step 4: You will be brought to the 'Complete Deferral' screen. Here you will be told the credit amount you have to put towards the 2021 Why Not Tri. Then select 'Start Transfer'.

*If you purchased an Add-On in 2020 you will receive that credit, and you will have to RE-PURCHASE the Add-Ons with your credit!

*If you registered multiple participants. You will need to do this process one step at a time by going to each participants RunSignup profile.

 

 

Step 5: You will then be brought back to the registration page, and you will proceed through the registration process.

Your credit value from the deferred 2020 registration will be applied to the 2021 registration.

If you purchased Add-Ons in 2020 your 'Total Credited' amount will include the price for the Add-Ons you purchased in 2020. This will be located under the 'Choose Your Event' section in small font.

If you change to an event that cost more than your 2020 registration, or if you want to purchase new Add-Ons in 2021 and your credit is used up. You will then have to pay to price difference. 

 

*If you purchased an Add-On in 2020 you will receive that credit, and you will have to RE-PURCHASE the Add-Ons with your credit!

 

The total credit amount (Registration credit + Add-On credit) will be listed below the 'Choose Your Event' for that to use during the registration process.
