How to Request a Refund

Step 1: You will need to follow this link to log into your RunSignup account, https://runsignup.com/Profile    

Step 2: In your Upcoming Events find the Why Not Tri and select "Manage Registration". 

Step 3: You will be brought to your Why Not Tri Registration information page. Here you will select "Request Refund" in the above menu bar.

Step 4: Once you are on the Request a Refund page, you will then select "Confirm Refund" if you paid for your registration. Or you will select "Cancel Registration" if your registration was free. *In this example we are requesting a refund for a free registration.

Step 5: Congrats! You have officially requested a refund for your registration to the 2021 Why Not Tri or you have officially cancelled your registration. Refunds take 3-5 business days to fully process.

*All refund or deferment request must be made prior to March 30, 2021, after which the option for a refund or transfer will expire.
