KeyBank Gran Fondo

While I’m not riding in the Gran Fondo this year (I’m doing a 70.3 triathlon in Rockford, Illinois that same weekend) I’m raising funds for Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation.  It's an incredible place that truly changes lives and helps patients make recoveries they may have thought were impossible. Funds raised this year will support my department of  Wheelchair & Adaptive Sports Program, Recreational Therapy and Mary Free Bed Kids.
