Welcome to our Team Page. We've formed this team because cancer has touched all of us in some way…we’ll honor the lives lost to cancer, celebrate survivors, and support the caregivers.

We started our team in tribute to our brother and uncle, Peter, beat leukemia at 3 years old…battled glioblastoma into 43 years old,  and to continue his ongoing legacy to ride for a cause…at waters edge the shell washes ashore

telling the stories of the marvelous aviator who soars the ocean waves 

Coastal are his embraces.. Faithful confidant, and courageous warrior we celebrate him everyday. He was a champion in more ways than just beating times in a bike race.

We add an additional cancer warrior this year, our dad and Nonno, Salvatore who started his battle with multiple myeloma in July 2025. Not his first test of strength and miracle of medicine…coming back after a massive heart attack in 2000 and cardiac tamponade in 2011…and he is doing it again! One who always uplifts others we hold you up high face towards the sun for a victory lap.  

The money our team raises helps the American Cancer Society in so many ways:

• Funds innovative research.
• Provides free information for people dealing with the disease.
• Provides rides to treatment
• Provides places to stay for people who have to seek treatment far from home.
