Hi, I'm Daniel. My hobbies include running when I'm not supposed to (grocery stores, airports, the moment my parents turn their backs) and removing all my clothes the second nobody's looking — and sometimes when they are. Some call this chaos. I call it freedom.
This year, I'm channeling my powers for good.
I'll be running in the Superhero Sprint to raise money for Love, Parker — hopefully wearing a cape, possibly wearing pants, definitely running in some direction. Whether I sprint the whole course, stop to inspect a leaf, or strip down to my superhero essentials remains to be seen. That's part of the magic.
Why we're running:
Love, Parker exists because of a young man who endured more than anyone should and was lost too young. His family turned the most unimaginable loss into something extraordinary: a charity that helps kids recovering from trauma find healthy outlets and a path toward healing.
Daniel gets to run for fun. So many kids are running from something much heavier. Your donation helps lighten that load.
Cheer him on, donate if you can, and if you see a small caped figure streaking past — that's our guy.
With love (and probably no pants), Daniel & Heather
PS - all are welcome to run with us! You too can be a superhero sprinter. Sign up here
