We are excited to be participating in the Donate Life Family Fun Run supporting Infinite Legacy. Infinite Legacy inspires people in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia to save and heal lives through organ, eye and tissue donation while honoring the legacy of its donors.
We walk in honor of Sam Crowthers—our hero, our light, and our heart. Sam tragically passed away on July 14, 2024, but in his final act of love and courage, he became an organ donor and gave the gift of life to others. Through his selflessness, lives were saved and forever changed.
Sam's right lung recipient, Stacy, will be walking in Sam's honor. She will be bringing his spirit, each step she takes!
Our team walks to celebrate Sam’s legacy, to raise awareness for the importance of organ donation, and to remind others that even in loss, there can be hope. Every step we take is a tribute to Sam’s kindness, strength, and the ripple effect of his generosity.
