Description
The Upstate Running Club is proud to sponsor over 100 youth athletes this year through seasonal training programs led by certified coaches from Without Limits. Each season includes weekly practices, local and regional competitions, and team-building socials designed to strengthen both athletic skill and personal development.
Thanks to your club memberships and generous team donations, we’re able to offer these programs at a reduced cost for youth ages 7–13. Our mission is to equip young athletes with the tools to succeed at the next level of competition—while fostering self-confidence, resilience, and lifelong character.

FALL XC Competitive Team Program
The Upstate Running Club is partnering with the Without Limits Training program and their certified coaches to offer seasonal training sessions for Cross Country and Track & Field for athletes ages 7-13. Minimum training level is required for team membership. Please see program details below for qualification standards for each season.
Requirements
- Ages 7-13
- Mile Under 8 Min (Age 10-13)
- Mile Under 9 Min (Age 7-9)
- September 1st - December 1st
- Program Fee: $50
- Minimum fitness requirement
- Previous Season times are acceptable
- New athletes please submit result if applicable

This Upstate Running Club is sponsoring a beginner friendly Mentor Program that is open to all youth runners ages 7-13. This program will be lead by volunteer parents at various locations and times throughout the year. Members will receive a weekly opportunity to practice with the team and participate in seasonal competitions.

Parent/Coach Volunteers,
We welcome all interested parents and coaches to sign up using our Google Sign-Up Sheet. We are aiming for two volunteer coaches per practice time and location to ensure effective support. Please select a time, day, and location that aligns with your schedule. Our program will provide instructional materials and basic training equipment to assist our coaching staff.
