* You might be wondering, "How did they get that 99.99% number for the no-bear policy?" Our in-house mathematician crunched the numbers. There are currently 12 documented cases of bears traveling through the state of Kansas over the past 11 years. When you divide that number by the number of days in a year, the resulting value is 99.99% (Please note that "zoo runs" are not counted in these numbers.)
