Refund Policy
Every attempt will be made to hold this event regardless of weather
conditions, however we reserve the right to alter or shorten the course in
the case of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
You may cancel your entry on or before July 1 and receive a 75% credit
towards any Racing Underground event through 2023. You may cancel
your entry between July 2 and August 1 and receive a 50% credit towards
any Racing Underground event through 2023.
No refunds, credits, deferrals, or transfers will be issued after August 1st.
That is the day we begin spending money on shirts, toilets, police, medical
support, and all of the other things it takes to put on a race.
