Refund, Transfer & Deferral Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible options while ensuring the sustainability of our event.
All race registrations are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. If you're unable to participate in this year's race, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Transfers must be completed by July 25, 2025. Initiate the transfer through your RunSignup account under the "Manage Registration" section.
We also offer the option to defer your registration to the 2026 race. Deferral requests must be submitted via email no. later than July 25, 2025. Submit a deferral request through your RunSignup account under the "Manage Registration" section.
Fee: There is no fee to transfer your registration to another participant or to next year's race.
Deferrals are valid for one year only and must be used for the 2026 race.
Only one transfer or deferral is allowed per registration.
