Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, or inclement weather. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to acts of nature. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. Wolf Pack Adventures understands everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community, so we will allow injured runners to defer to a different race or event, or to defer their registration to the following year or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot issue refunds to injured runners.

Events are rain or shine. Trails can be muddy/wet. Refunds will not be issued for poor trail conditions.
