Refund Policy
All sales are final, there are no refunds regardless of attendance. If participants will not attend field day their shirts may be held and pick up arranged within 10 days of the event. Pick up is in Commerce, GA.
Unclaimed shirts will be considered abandoned after June 8th and will be donated, destroyed, or resold.
In some instances, once the event has reached maximum capacity of 100 participants, IF a participant on the waiting list is able to pick up your child's spot (similar shirt size, same number of siblings) then we *may* be able to re-sell your child's spot, and you would receive a PARTIAL refund, minus costs and fees. To list your child's spot as "AVAILABLE" email MountainViewHomeschooling@gmail.com PRIOR to Monday, May 26th. Late requests will not be honored.
Event insurance is available for purchase.
