Refund Eligibility
Participants may request a refund of their registration fee up to August 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CT). Refund requests received after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@fmstudentvets911memorial5K.org with the subject line: Refund Request – [Participant Full Name]. Include your registration confirmation number.

Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that processing fees charged by the registration platform (e.g., RunSignUp) are non-refundable.

- Donations made during registration
- Merchandise orders (unless defective or not received)
