Commitment to the Course: Our Registration Policy
Producing a world-class endurance race requires significant investment well in advance—from securing permits to ordering supplies and committing to partners, series, and vendors. For this reason, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy on all registration fees.

We want to support our athletes, which is why we offer flexible options:

Deferral Options: You can defer your entry for a 90% credit (with 45+ days notice) or a 50% credit (with 30-45 days notice). All credits are good for one year. Deferrals are not permitted within 30 days of the race.

Transfer Option: You may transfer your bib to another participant for a $24.99 administrative fee.
